Bosnian Cevapi

Hello all! I will give a simple recipe of Bosnian style meatballs but I have to admit that noone is willing to share own secret ingredient:( Each restaurant has cevapi with different taste in Sarajevo, I just couldn’t reveal the secret in it:)) Anyway hope you enjoy in my recipe today!
INGREDIENDTS
1kg(2.204 pounds) of minced beef(calf)
100gr(0.220pounds),2 onions
Salt, black pepper, red pepper and cumin


Let’s prepare the Cevapi:
Chop the onions to disappear in meat balls, get all ingredients and knead them well.
Leave the mixture in fridge for an hour.
Get finger sized pieces from the mixture, give shape of little sausages.
You may get them grilled or fry in a pan by just adding a spoon of oil.
Have them however you wanna see in the dish,with bread, onion salad, some yoğurt…
