Pizza in The Pan


Ingredients for pizza dough

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of yogurt (75g)
  • 3 cup of flour (3*75g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt
Ingredients for sauce
  • 1/2 table spoon of red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 table spoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 table spoon of pepper mint
  • 1 table spoon of ground garlic
  • 3 table spoon of water
  • salt and black pepper
Ingredients for dressing
  • 4 mushrooms (nicely sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • Grated cheddar cheese
Let's get it ready ;)
  • Get egg, yogurt, salt, baking powder and prepare a fine dough which won't stick to your hands. You may add some more flour if dough seems not ready..Get some oil in your hands not to get sticky with the dough :) Okey now leave it on its own for a while.
  • Now it is time to prepare sauce Oleyyyy:)) Get tomato sauce and red pepper sauce in a mixing bowl with pepper mint, garlic dust, salt, black pepper and 3 table spoon of water and mix all well! Leave this mixture also somewhere and get ready for next step!
  • Have a flat pan with a lid, grease it with little bit of oil. Get the dough in and spread it with your hands to be flat. Keep in mind that pizza base shouldn't be thick! If necessary you may remove some of the dough to make a thinner base.
  • Spread the pizza sauce you have prepared earlier on the base. Dress it with mushrooms, peppers, grated cheddar, salami, sausage, olives or anything u want.
  • Put the pan on fire, close the lid, cook it with a high temprature just for two minutes, then lower the fire to minumum and let the pizza cook for another 10 minutes. Keep the lid on all the time!
  • Well.. now get your pizza, slice and serve:)
