Penne all'Arrabbiata!

Mamma mia! Let's go Italian today:)

Pasta:
A pack of penne pasta, 2 table spoon of olive oil, salt

Sauce:
4 Tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, grated parmesan cheese (parmigiano), 3table spoon of olive oil, few basil twigs, 4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, some fresh mint twigs



Boil water with oil and salt, add penne to cook for 15 min. Filter but don't keep in cold water long not to get pulped!
Chop onion, garlic, basils and dice tomatoes.
Fry onion and garlic, add tomato in, blend till tomatoes are no longer juicy!
Get red pepper flakes, basil, salt, balck pepper in sauce and let it cook for 2 min more only!
Time to meet penne with sauce, mix them well, take to the plates and shower this lovely pasta with grated parmesan cheese.
Decorate penne with fresh green mint leaves as your final touch!
