Filled Cauliflower

Looking for something new on your dining table? Do you want something easy and delicous for your lunch or dinner? There you go with my lovely cauliflower filling!

This tasty yet easy meal will take only 10min of your time but you have got to wait 40min to cook:)
Okey let me start with my recipe:


Ingredients
  • 1 Small size cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 250 gram minced beef(less fat)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1/2 tbsp of paprika paste
  • 1 pinch of red chilli pepper,black pepper, salt 
  • Some water to boil

Milky Broccoli Soup

Well, winter is already here and I will be giving winter delicacies from now on ;)

Half kg of broccoli
1tbsp of butter
1tbsp of flour
1.5glass of milk+2 glass of water 
Salt, blackpepper , any other spices you wish

CARROT JUICE CURE
