Consume More Fish and Walnuts Before Getting Older!
The most common complaints among elderlies are forgetfulness and absent-mindedness.
Many mental disease like Alzheimer appear in elderly ages are actually caused by diet type in young ages. Consuming more fish and walnuts when young help to reduce the risk of loosing mental functions later.
Fish: Having a diet rich with OMEGA-3, less in trans-fats is so much essential to keep the brain healty. Researches show us that OMEGA 3 reduces the risk of Alzheimer. Having 2-3 times fish meals per week is a must to keep your brain healthy and functioning at all ages! Salmon, sardines, bonito, bluefish, anchovy, tuna, mackerel are known as rich with OMEGA-3.
Walnut and Hazelnut: Rich in OMEGA-3, vitamin E and has antioxidant effect.You need minimum 3 Walnuts and a full hand of hazelnut per day to make your brain function well. Including walnuts and hazelnuts will be the best investment for old ages.
