A glass of rice
1,5 glass of hot water
Three table spoon of butter and one table spoon of oil
Salt
Salt
Wash
the rice well, get it stay in salty warm water for about 20min. Filter
the rice well to make it almost like dry. Add the butter and oil to a
stewpot, fry the rice in this mixture.
Add boiled water and salt when
you feel the rice is fried well. Boil it on high temprature first, then let it cook and absorb the whole water on a very low fire.
Rice supposed to get a 10-15 min rest after all busy cooking process:) Mix it a bit before service.
