Blackberry Sorbet

A perfect sorbet for Summer days! Ingredients will be;

  • 2 glasses of blackberries
  • Water
  • A glass of sugar (you might use less or more sugar, up to how sweet you like to have it)
Wash and filter the blacberries, get them in a pot and add water just a bit to be above blackberries.Let it boil on medium fire for about 5 min. Off the fire and rest it for an hour. Filter the warm sorbet with the help of a fine strainer, do not filter blacberries forcefully if you don't want to have a muddy mixture. Just leave them to get juice down the strainer slowly. Add sugar while hot, stir it till sugar dissolve (use a silicon item (like a whisk) in warm mixtures not to loose the nutrition.) Chill in a glass jug or bottle. Serve it however you like (add some lemon, some fresh mint or decorate the look with some fresh blackberries;)
