Many of us are worrying about our body weight these days...There
is an increasing number of obesity all around the world...What would be
helpful to lose some kilos and look good? Sports? Pills? Surgeries? For
sure, the best way would be a healthy diet, more water, and regular
exercise, but we sometimes want to see a faster result to have some
motivation to go further. So today I am going to share a miracle mixture
of cabbage to burn some fat!
The things we will need are;drinking water (with no chlorine), fresh parsley, fresh lemon juice and cabbage!
You have to choose the fresh parsleys with green and small leaves. On the other hand cabbage has to be big green yellowish type. I would suggest you to get these vegetables from the market places instead of greenhouse since you may get the best results only by organic products.
This mixture doesn’t only help you lose weight but also makes you feel fresh, energetic and release stress. The main purpose of this herbal treatment is to feel full and repress the feeling of hunger.
Now time for How to prepare it:
1. Boil half liter of water without chlorine
2. Choose 4 leaves of cabbage (don’t cut or chop it) and add to the still boiling water. Let it boil for 3 minutes on a very low fire covered with a lid.
3. After these 3 minutes, add a half bunch of parsleys all together with leaves and stalk. This means like 4 cabbage leaves and 20-25 parsley twigs. Let them get mixed and boil 2 minutes more. Let it get cool. Keep the lid on all the time.
4. Get a glass pot or jug and filter the juice, give some pressure on veggies when filtering.
5. Drink the same amount of juice before breakfast, lunch and dinner by adding two table spoon of fresh lemon juice. If you prefer to have it after meals, then make it at least 2 hours between meal and juice! Don’t add lemon to the whole mixture at once, add each time to the amount you will drink that moment.
6. Apply this cure for seven days, give a break of 3 days, and start another 7 day cycle. Complete 21 days by 7 days cure, 3 days break cycle.
7. You can apply this cure for 2-3 times in year, you will feel much more energized if you apply it during the seasonal changes. This herbal method will not cause a fast gaining weight when stop applying it as long as you take care what you get into your stomach (when compared to the other losing weight methods)
