This delicious and healthy dish could be made with any vegetable you like :)
Get any vegetable you wish to have, wash, peel and cut in any size you want
Chop
an onion and fry with minced beef, add some cumin, black pepper, red
chillies(if you like it hot),salt,you may grate some tomato and add
parsley also!
Get the veggies in frying pan too and cook them together a bit
And once the meal ready, start preparing the bechamel sauce;
We
will be having half glass of (glass size 200ml) flour, two table spoon
of butter,
2 glasses of full fat milk, one teaspoon of salt
Fry flour in butter till you feel the beautiful smell
Pour milk into the frying flour, make it slow and stir all the time to get a creamy mixture
Add salt when this creamy milk boils
Let's meet veggies with bechamel:
Get your veggie meal in a tray, pour bechamel all over on it, and grate some cheddar if you wish ;)
And leave the meal in oven till it all gets brownish color
