The herbal ways to beat tired, weak, exhausted mood in Autumn and Spring:
- Boil a glass of water (NO CHLORINE WATER FOR EACH TEA), add 4-10 gram of balm in it and let it brew for 10min. Drink two cups of balm tea per day, morning and the evening.
-Get 15-20gram of bee's pollen per day for 15 days, give break for a week and start all over again for another 15 days.
-Boil a glass of water, add a teaspoon of gentian, mint and balm, let it brew for 10 min., drink it two times per day.
- Add 4-10gram of clove to a glass of hot water, let it brew for 10min, drink twice per day!
