Spanish D Omelette

It has been a while I didn't post any recipes for breakfast...Well eggs are supposed to be the main food for a healthy start! Andd I will be posting one of my favorite Omelete! There you go with this simple and yummy recipe!

Ingredients for today's D Omelette
  • 3 – 4 eggs(depends on the pan size n number of people)

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter
  • 1 small size onion
  • 1 fresh green pepper
  • 1  middle size red pepper (cape pepper)
  • 3-4 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and spices (black pepper, red chilli pepper or whichever you wish)
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
Handsome Omelette
  • Add some salt and whisk the eggs 
  • Fry chopped onion with olive oil till onion gets soft, add chopped green&red pepper in and fry again till they get soft too. Get salt and spices in, once you are done with frying. Take this mixture in a separate plate
  • Now cook time for whisked eggs in the same pan, close the lid and let it cook without turning upside down
  • Put fried pepper and onion on half of cooked eggs and get grated cheddar all over on this mixture, fold the empty part for a D shape. Cook some more till cheddar melt. Dress with chopped parsley and that's it :)
