Tea to beat tired,weak,exhausted mood!

The herbal ways to beat tired, weak, exhausted mood in Autumn and Spring:

- Boil a glass of water (NO CHLORINE WATER FOR EACH TEA), add 4-10 gram of balm in it and let it brew for 10min. Drink two cups of balm tea per day, morning and the evening.

-Get 15-20gram of bee's pollen per day for 15 days, give break for a week and start all over again for another 15 days.

Vegetables with Bechamel Sauce

This delicious and healthy dish could be made with any vegetable you like :)

Let's get it started:
 Get any vegetable you wish to have, wash, peel and cut in any size you want
Chop an onion and fry with minced beef, add some cumin, black pepper, red chillies(if you like it hot),salt,you may grate some tomato and add parsley also!
Get the veggies in frying pan too and cook them together a bit
And once the meal ready, start preparing the bechamel sauce;
We will be having half glass of (glass size 200ml) flour, two table spoon of butter,

*4 table spoon of flour
*only one egg yolk
*8 glasses of water (glass size 200ml)
*Salt
 Sauce:
*75g butter
*a teaspoon or half red pepper
