Biscuit & Apple Balls

Biscuit&Apple Balls(No cook&bake&fat but taste crazy good:)

This easy-to-prepare, tasty, nutritious and light dessert is going to be like some snack between meals, even at night ;)

Yeap here we go with ingredients:
  • 2 packs of petit beurre biscuits (400 g =0.881pounds, could be also any type of biscuits that can go as cheese cake base)
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tea spoon of ground cinnamon

  • A glass of ground walnut or hazelnut (glass size 200ml=6.7628oz)
  • Half glass of powdered sugar(all same size glasses)
  • Chocolate sauce (any type that you may find in shops)
  • Coconut or anything else to dress the balls
102_8120 [1024x768] Wash and peel the apples, grate them in a mixing bowl.
Crush the biscuits in it(you may blender biscuits if you wish).
Get walnuts or hazelnut and cinnamon in it, too.
Knead the whole mixture well.
Get a small bowl of water to be ready when making balls. Make your fingers wet in that bowl each time to have some amount of apple mixture and prepare own size of apple balls. Yeap that’s it, so easy isn’t it?
Now let’s dress them all!
Place the balls in a large tray, pour cold chocolate sauce all over on. Then allow finely grated coconut to shower on chocolate dressing! Chill the finalized balls in fridge for a while!
Hope you like it!
Enjoy!
