Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

One of my favorite again:)I am not gonna talk too much:) Let's give a start for this eye-catching babe on the plate:)

To be stuffed:
  • 10 green peppers
For the sauce:
  • A table spoon of tomato paste (you may grate some tomatoes if no tomato paste)
  • 2-3 table spoon of olive oil
  • 2-3  glasses of hot water (200ml=6.7628oz)
 Filling:
  • Half glass of washed rice (glass size same as usual 200ml)
  • 250gr(0.5511lb) minced beef
  • An onion to be chopped well

  • Table spoon of pepper paste(paprika paste) (you may grate some capsicum instead of any paste)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley to be chopped well
Finishing touch:
  • 2 tomatoes(slice them to be cover on stuffed peppers.)
Get a mixing bowl, place all ready filling ingredients in it and mix all well.
Fill the green peppers with this mixture but not too much filling (rice will get more in amount when cooked so you have to calculate all ),get even a small empty space in peppers for tomato placement, put the tomato slices on peppers just like a lid.
Mix the ingredients for sauce and pour on stuffed peppers.
Cook it to boil first, then lower the fire to minimum till peppers get soft and cooked!
Some yoğurt would be a great company to this dish;)
