I will be posting one of my favorite salad: Carrot with Yogurt
No more of intro, here we go with ingredients:
3 big size carrot
3 table spoon of olive oil
3-4 table spoon of yoğurt (make sure it is not juicy but thick)
2 cloves of garlic
Some salt up to how much you wish.
How to prepare:
Grate the carrots, add salt and get in olive oil on medium heat (you have to stir the carrots all the time while frying)
Once carrot is fried, leave it to get cool
Chop the garlic, mix with yoğurt and little bit of salt
Mix carrot and yoğurt at the end or pour yoğurt all over on carrot! However you wish ;)
You may serve your salad in some orange peels with some make up on it or just in a dish ;)
