Get yourself a morning treat: Potatoes&Eggs

Hello to all breakfast lovers out there:)

I have to admit that I could eat three times breakfast in a day hahaha:)) And eggsss yess eggs! Love them a lot,too;)

Okeyy let me start with ingredients:
  • 2  potatoes
  • 1  onion
  • 3  eggs
  • 1  tea spoon of salt
  • 1  pinch of red pepper
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Oil
How to prepare:
  • Peel and cut the potatoes to small cubes
  • Get them in a pan with oil
  • Add little bit of salt and fry them just a bit
  • Chop the onion and add in fried potatoes
  • Fry both for a while together till potatoes fried well
  • Add red pepper


  • Pour scrambled eggs into the pan
  • Lay the sliced cheddar all over and put the lid, let it cook till cheddars melt
