This soup is one of my favorite. It is really nutritious and doesn't take much time at all!Let's get ready with our ingredients:
- A glass of red lentil
- 1 onion
- 1 patato
- 1 carrot
- 2 table spoon of butter
- 1 liter of water(5 glasses)
- Black pepper
- Red pepper
- Salt
How to prepare:
Chop the onion and carrot.
Get the butter melt in a cookware, add onion and carrot, fry them all a bit (1-2 min)
Cut the patatoes like little cubes
Add also washed lentils, patatoes and water in your cookware
Add salt, black pepper and red pepper when all vegetables are cooked well.
Blender the soup to puree all ingredients
Healthy and tasty soup of the day is ready now!
If
you like some burn on your tounge and stomach, then fry red pepper
flakes or chillies in butter and pour on the soup while hot (just be
careful not to get burn when combining these hotties:) )
This
soup takes only 10min to prepare and 15min to cook! Easy, tasty and
healthy (known as a traditional cure for flu, a good source of protein)
You may also add some lemon juice in portions when serving.
