Two glasses of Cracked wheat, a table spoon of tomato paste, a table spoon of red-pepper paste(paprika paste), fresh onion, parsley, spearmint, pickled gherkins, pomegranate syrup, olive oil, salt and iceberg lettuce
Let’s get it ready!
Get the wheat in a bowl big enough for all ingredients to be mixed later, add some hot water and close with a lid,
Leave it for a while till wheat is soft enough to eat
Add the tomato and paprika paste on wheat
Chop the parsley, spearmint, fresh onion, pickles and add all in
Get Pomagranate syrup, salt and olive oil in, too
Knead the mixture well, get the iceberg lettuce leaves on a plate with a shape of bowl (a bowl made with leaves) and fill it with the wheat mixture
You can also add some lemon circles and greens on the top of your salad just to get some good look

Enjoy with this healty and light salad!
