Milky Semolina with Coconut

This dessert is going to be so easy, tasty and good looking with no fat in it! Trust me;) 
Ingredients:
4 glasses of Full Fat Milk
1 Glass of cold water
1 Glass of sugar
Two or three table spoon of coconut
1 Glass of semolina
How to make it
Get milk, water, sugar, semolina in a stewpot, blend them all well, mix it till it boils
Lower the fire to minimum when you see the move in the pot

Add coconut in, mix it well again, let it boil for another three minutes and off the stove
Get your small mold or small but deep tray wet with cold water, pour the milky mixture in it, wait for it to get cold
(You may add a layer with biscuits on while still hot, so you will get a richer semolina dessert when you overturn the mold!)

 Overturn the dessert on a flat plate or tray
You may scatter some ground cinnamon with walnuts or add some more coconut or just pour some chocolate sauce on it! Whichever all up to you;)
