Pizza in The Pan


Ingredients for pizza dough

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of yogurt (75g)
  • 3 cup of flour (3*75g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt

Venetian Buns

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 cup of warm milk (110 cc)
  • 1, 5 tea spoon of sugar
  • 1, 5 -2 tea spoon of salt
  • Half pack of yeast (5gr)
  • 1 finely grated carrot
  • Half bunch of chooped dill
  • Flour (Just enough to make nice dough with the whole ingredients)
Filling:
  • Feta Cheese

Stuffed & Baked Potatoes

  • 2 big size potatoes
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp butter

Blackberry Sorbet

A perfect sorbet for Summer days! Ingredients will be;

Fish Cutlets

Greetings from a sunny sunny sunny September day to all:)
It's been long time that I just couldn't post anything....
Okey no further delays, here we go with a recipe from a beautiful land, land of perfect beaches and sea; Malaysia !

Fish Cutlets
These indian style fish cutlets can be served as a first course, a light meal, a teatime snack or as a dish served with rice.

There you go with ingredients:
-400 g potatoes
-200 g fish steak or fillet
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp chilli powder (you may prefer curry powder instead)
-2 Tbsp oil for frying
-1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Orange in the Soup!

Are you ready for a new recipe which will have everything including orange?
 Things you will need:
1 potato, 1 carrot, 2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 table spoon of olive oil, 3glasses of water, 1.5 glass of fresh orange juice, 1 glass of yogurt, 2 teaspoon of coriander, salt
Method:
  • Chop potato and carrot to be small cubes
  • Blender onion and garlic
  • Cook potato, carrot, onion and garlic with olive oil in a pan that is big enough to gather all ingredients, only 4-5 min on a medium fire

Potato Cake

A good meal, a salty cake and a pie! all in one:)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 glass of oil (Glass size 200ml)
  • 5 table spoon of yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 medium size potatoes
  • 2 medium size onion
  • 5 table spoon of flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder(10g)
  • 4 teaspoon of salt
  • Red pepper flakes, black pepper

Pancake the Bride's Bag!

What a lovely name for a pancake, isn't it? :)
Yeap I will be giving a beautiful recipe today: Bride's Bag:)
Make ready of these ingredients:
  • 1 egg,
  • 5 table spoon of sugar,
  • 3 table spoon of oil,
  • 1 glass of milk(200ml),
  • 1 glass of flour(same size glasses for all),
  • 1 pack of vanilin(10g),
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 2 table spoon of cocoa.
What to be packed in Bride's bag: Powder Whipped cream, half glass of milk
And we will need some grated coconut!
Let's get it ready:
Scramble egg with sugar in a deep, big mixing bowl, add rest of the ingredients, stir and make the pancake mixture ready!

Penne all'Arrabbiata!

Mamma mia! Let's go Italian today:)

Pasta:
A pack of penne pasta, 2 table spoon of olive oil, salt

Sauce:
4 Tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, grated parmesan cheese (parmigiano), 3table spoon of olive oil, few basil twigs, 4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, some fresh mint twigs

Tea to beat tired,weak,exhausted mood!

The herbal ways to beat tired, weak, exhausted mood in Autumn and Spring:

- Boil a glass of water (NO CHLORINE WATER FOR EACH TEA), add 4-10 gram of balm in it and let it brew for 10min. Drink two cups of balm tea per day, morning and the evening.

-Get 15-20gram of bee's pollen per day for 15 days, give break for a week and start all over again for another 15 days.

Vegetables with Bechamel Sauce

This delicious and healthy dish could be made with any vegetable you like :)

Let's get it started:
 Get any vegetable you wish to have, wash, peel and cut in any size you want
Chop an onion and fry with minced beef, add some cumin, black pepper, red chillies(if you like it hot),salt,you may grate some tomato and add parsley also!
Get the veggies in frying pan too and cook them together a bit
And once the meal ready, start preparing the bechamel sauce;
We will be having half glass of (glass size 200ml) flour, two table spoon of butter,

Loosing Weight with Cabbage!

Many of us are worrying about our body weight these days...There is an increasing number of obesity all around the world...What would be helpful to lose some kilos and look good? Sports? Pills? Surgeries? For sure, the best way would be a healthy diet, more water, and regular exercise, but we sometimes want to see a faster result to have some motivation to go further.
