Allez! French Cookies:)

You are going to find this recipe so easy to make yet delicious, I promise about it:)

Okey Here is the recipe:
*2 glasses of flour (glass size :200ml)
*75g butter
*3/4 glass of confectioner's sugar
*3 eggs
*Half pack of baking powder (Around 5g)
*A pack of vanilin (10g)
*Just a pinch of salt
*Oil to fry

 I will be posting one of my favorite salad: Carrot with Yogurt
No more of intro, here we go with ingredients:
3 big size carrot
3 table spoon of olive oil
3-4 table spoon of yoğurt (make sure it is not juicy but thick)
2 cloves of garlic
Some salt up to how much you wish.
How to prepare:
Grate the carrots, add salt and get in olive oil on medium heat (you have to stir the carrots all the time while frying)

Okeyy let me start with ingredients:
  • 2  potatoes
  • 1  onion
  • 3  eggs
  • 1  tea spoon of salt
  • 1  pinch of red pepper
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Oil
How to prepare:
  • Peel and cut the potatoes to small cubes
  • Get them in a pan with oil
  • Add little bit of salt and fry them just a bit
  • Chop the onion and add in fried potatoes
  • Fry both for a while together till potatoes fried well
  • Add red pepper

Natural Hair Care(All in Kitchen:)

Lets have some natural beauty treatments from the kitchen today:)

I got this simple but effective recipe for hair care back in Malaysia. I have faced some kind of hair loss due to the climate change and environment including all food, water, and maybe an extra active life style there.. You know you get used to certain products and things,then body start giving some reactions when changes happen with habits and life style…
There we go with our hair-cake&bake recipe (haha I call it this way because ingredients are all the same with cakes:) :
  •  One egg yolk
  • Little bit of baking powder
  • Two table spoon of olive oil

Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

One of my favorite again:)I am not gonna talk too much:) Let's give a start for this eye-catching babe on the plate:)

To be stuffed:
  • 10 green peppers
For the sauce:
  • A table spoon of tomato paste (you may grate some tomatoes if no tomato paste)
  • 2-3 table spoon of olive oil
  • 2-3  glasses of hot water (200ml=6.7628oz)
 Filling:
  • Half glass of washed rice (glass size same as usual 200ml)
  • 250gr(0.5511lb) minced beef
  • An onion to be chopped well

Biscuit & Apple Balls

Biscuit&Apple Balls(No cook&bake&fat but taste crazy good:)

This easy-to-prepare, tasty, nutritious and light dessert is going to be like some snack between meals, even at night ;)

Yeap here we go with ingredients:
  • 2 packs of petit beurre biscuits (400 g =0.881pounds, could be also any type of biscuits that can go as cheese cake base)
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tea spoon of ground cinnamon

A medium size onion
3 pieces of banana peppers (you may go for some hot green peppers if you wish)
2 tomatoes
4 Eggs
Salt, black pepper, cumin, red pepper (little bit of each)
Parsley 

Tomato Soup : Gotta try!


Ingredients
75 gr (0.165346 pounds) butter
Half glass of flour
One medium size tomato
5 glasses of water
Half glass of milk
A clove of garlic
Cumin, black pepper, red pepper, dried mint
Salt
How do we make it:
Fry flour with butter
Once you smell the beautiful flavor of fried flour,add spices and mix, off the fire and let it cool down.

Hello all! I will give a simple recipe of Bosnian style meatballs but I have to admit that noone is willing to share own secret ingredient:( Each restaurant has cevapi with different taste in Sarajevo, I just couldn’t reveal the secret in it:)) Anyway hope you enjoy in my recipe today!

Beauty in The Kitchen;)

Let’s prepare some unfiltered coffee in traditional-old style coffee pots and cups, enjoy with friends &family, use the coffee grounds for facial beauty at the end
Here is how:
You will need to have a pot to boil, a spoon, sugar and coffee that has been ground to a fine powder. Although most people use the Arabica beans, it really doesn’t matter what kind of coffee you use. However, it should be a medium roast, because you will actually roast it again while making it.

This soup is one of my favorite. It is really nutritious and doesn't take much time at all!Let's get ready with our ingredients:
  • A glass of red lentil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 patato
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 table spoon of butter
  • 1 liter of water(5 glasses)
  • Black pepper
  •  Red pepper
  • Salt

Turkish Ravioli (Mantı)


Ingredients for Dough
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
What goes in raviolli
  • 250 gr of less-fat minced beef
  • 1 middle sized onion
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes,salt
For cooking
  • Butter
  • 2 table spoon of tomato paste

Milky Semolina with Coconut

This dessert is going to be so easy, tasty and good looking with no fat in it! Trust me;) 
Ingredients:
4 glasses of Full Fat Milk
1 Glass of cold water
1 Glass of sugar
Two or three table spoon of coconut
1 Glass of semolina
How to make it
Get milk, water, sugar, semolina in a stewpot, blend them all well, mix it till it boils

Ingredients
  • Four eggplants
  • Four tomatoes
  • 4-5 pieces of fresh-green peppers
  • 10 pieces of shallot
  • 6-7 pieces of garlic

Healty Wheat Salad in The Iceberg Lettuce

Two glasses of Cracked wheat, a table spoon of tomato paste, a table spoon of red-pepper paste(paprika paste), fresh onion, parsley, spearmint, pickled gherkins, pomegranate syrup, olive oil, salt and iceberg lettuce
Let’s get it ready!
Get the wheat in a bowl big enough for all ingredients to be mixed later, add some hot water and close with a lid,

Carrot-Walnut Cake! Yummy:))


Woww I have done all house works, dishes, cleaning etc etc…till 13.30pm and get my three year son for a day time sleep andddd I am free now to have my coffee and chocolate :) This is the best time of the day to do something for myself… The daily marathon (play ground, meals, kitchen things…) starts all over when my little monster gets up :)

The Good Looking Rice

Ingredients
A glass of rice
1,5 glass of hot water
Three table spoon of butter and one table spoon of oil
Salt
Wash the rice well, get it stay in salty warm water for about 20min. Filter the rice well to make it almost like dry. Add the butter and oil to a stewpot, fry the rice in this mixture.
